    Hello,
    My name is Emily and I am a 4th year student in the Human Kinetics program at the University of Ottawa. I will graduate this June and have future dreams to pursue a career in Occupational Therapy.
    I have extensive experience working with children. My experience includes babysitting for several families, being a nanny for two summers, and working as a swim instructor and lifeguard for 5 years. Recently, I completed a student internship at Thursdays Child Nursery School, which provides a program for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. I attended the nursery school 3 days a week and continue to volunteer my time.
    I am an active individual. I played competitive basketball and volleyball in high school. During university, I played for a womens powderpuff football team which fundraises money for breast cancer. I love the outdoors and am passionate about living a healthy lifestyle.
    I have a passion for working with children and would love to continue to build my experience working with them. I am CPR-C and First-Aid certified and have a valid G drivers licence. Furthermore, I have my lifeguard certification (NLS).
