My Name is Jill,
I am part of a family of five. I have a great relationship with my parents, and respect them tremendously. My siblings are more like my best friends, and time spent with them is full of laughter and excitement. Family is a huge part of my life and something I cherish every day.
I am an athletic person who loves to be active and practice teamwork. I have finished two years of post-secondary on a Volleyball scholarship. I am grateful for that opportunity, as I learned a hard work ethic, discipline, determination, and leadership. This also led to other opportunities such as coaching and being a part of an Athletes in Action mentorship program. Through this I not only learnt how to work with children, but also build and maintain friendships with them. I was also equipped with a semester of Early Childhood Education classes.
As well as being an athlete, I have a love for the arts. I enjoy sewing, painting, and crafts.
I’d like to consider myself a well-rounded person, with a love for children.
