I was born in the Philippines but was raised in Canada since I was seven years old. I am passionate about children and how children can remind me that happiness can be found in the little things. My passion for helping and being with children have led me to realize that Nursing is what I want to pursue. I've accomplished so many things that I'm proud of in my life but one that stands out the most was living by myself for awhile because it made me aware that growing up isn't that bad. I have volunteered at a daycare ages 4-6 years old as well as taking care of my little sister, who is now nine years old.
