Thank you for taking the time to review my resume.. I am looking to use my education and experience, in an alternative way to a traditional teaching position. I have taught English (Communications), and Computer Foundations to students from a variety of backgrounds.. I am challenged to be creative, nurturing and most of all, patient.
Ten years of experience teaching secondary and post-secondary with learning barriers has helped me develop excellent teaching skills at all levels. Being a highly organized and dedicated individual has enabled me to fully appreciate and understand how teaching can be a rewarding experience for both students and teachers alike. In addition, to my teaching abilities, I am a very sociable person who enjoys participating and getting involved in extra-curricular activities. I am most eager to accept new challenges involved inside or outside the workplace.
It is my goal to combine my range of experience with my ability to be a compassionate, enthusiastic, and an intelligent teacher who will make a positive contribution to her student’s futures.
