    I am 25 years old, and have worked with children in some form or other since I was 13- as a babysitter, junior camp counselor, daycare worker, teacher and volunteer at an orphanage. I spent the last two years working as a Behaviour Interventionist for two children with autism and thoroughly enjoyed my experiences in doing so. I have my Responsible Adult Certificate and a degree in Visual Arts. I believe that children should be given as many opportunities to explore the world around them and as a caregiver it is my job to facilitate that exploration. This means giving kids enough room to discover things independently, while encouraging them to go outside of their comfort zone but in a safe and secure way.
