My name is Stephanie . I am 18 years old and currently working at Kelowna Gymnastixs Center as well as Reflections Dance Studio part time. I am very devoted and reliable person. Working with children is my passion and I am looking forward to finding the perfect house hold and family to nanny. I was currently in school for Early Childhood Education at Okanagan College. With saying this, I find that my knowledge has increased tremendously on children’s behavior. Because of working at Kelowna Gymnastixs and Reflections Dance Studio my skills with working and coaching the children have become a lot stronger. I find that I am improving my communication skills and also improving on making healthy relationships with not only the kids but their parents.
I was born and raised in Kelowna, I live with my mom, dad, and brother. My family has a huge interest in traveling the world, I have been to Australia and Mexico multiple times.
Some hobbies of mine include dancing. I am a competitive dancer at Reflections dance studio. The past 9 years of dancing I have gained knowledge of trust, teamwork, and independence. At the studio I also help teach dance classes for children the ages ranging from (3 to 12).
Previous hobbies of mine were ski racing, select soccer, swimming, and singing.
I am hoping to provide the support, love, and trust that children need to the family that I will be working with.
