I am a professional nanny, who has over 10 years of childcare and caregiving experience. I am reliable and responsible. I enjoy what I do greatly and find sheer joy in working with children of all ages.
I have several years of experience working with children as a nanny; as well, I have worked as a daycare worker, preschool helper, children's drama instructor and an arts and crafts leader. I have experience working with special needs in both summer camp and residential settings. I have experience with newborns, multiples and groups of children with varying ages.
I hold a BA in English Studies and know how to finger spell and basic sign in ASL. I have a police check and will be renewing my First Aid & CPR in the upcoming weeks. I hold a valid driver’s license and clean record, though I do not have a vehicle to use currently. I am organized and flexible, able to cook meals, and bake healthy (and not so healthy) treats, run errands, handle chores and run the household in the parents' absence.
I am currently working as a part time nanny, for a family I have been with since April 2014. I am looking for part time or occasional work. I am free Fridays, Weekends, Evenings and Overnights. I am also available for most Stat and school holidays.
