    Hi there! When graduating high school I had no idea what I wanted to take afterward, whether it was college or university so I decided to take a year off. While I was looking into courses I began couching gymnastics with children, and it hit me! I realized I loved working with children, watching and helping them grow and building all these little special relationships with the children and parents. So I decided to pursue a career in Early Childhood Education. I went to Nova Scotia's College of Early Childhood Education for two years and received my diploma as an ECE. I then began working in the field and have been in the field for the last 5 years, mostly as a preschool teacher but I have done placements with all age groups. Though I love what I do, I have started to look into nannying for that deeper more personal connection with the child(ren) and their families. To be a part of something bigger.
