    Hello my name is Jessica Sewell.
    Beyond teaching yoga I am a student of life. I love hiking, playing basketball, being bare foot, climbing, picking flowers, exploring without destination, beach fires, mountains, snowboarding, paddle boarding, music. being upside down, eating raspberries from the bushes, hammocks, smoothies, eating from the garden..
    I love kids. I am a certified kids yoga teacher and in the past I had the privilege of being a nanny to four beautiful children all under the age of 5 for 3 years :)
    I am very experienced in looking after kids new born and find great joy in positively guiding children and providing a safe space for them to grow.
    I am outgoing and love to be creative with all that I do.
