My name is Emma and I am 18 years old. I have a passion for working with children as I have grown up as a sister to countless kids over the last 13 years. My parents started fostering kids in need when I was around 5 years old. My many interests include learning new instruments, dance, volleyball, reading, education, and travel. I have recently returned from a three month backpacking trip. I love meeting new people and exploring new cultures. I can speak basic french but its quite rusty because I am out of practice. I graduated highschool this past June with good grades. I live at home with my three adopted siblings ages 13, 13, and 16, all with special needs. I have experience with all kinds of children and appreciate every childs uniqueness. I have experince with kids of all ages, as my three half siblings ages 30+ all have kids of their own.
