  • About Me

    I am currently receiving training as a Montessori teacher in an AMI certified training program here in Toronto. I have also completed 1 year abroad in Montessori education so I am already very familiar with the techniques employed. My training specializes in 3-6 years of age but I would be comfortable with younger or older children as well. I have also had experience working with younger children in babysitting, younger/older children in drama camps as well as Big Brothers and Sisters volunteer. I have been described as a very warm, honest, compassionate individual with a natural gift when working with children.

    I am looking for part time employment week nights and/or weekends. Thank you for your consideration and I hope to hear from you.

    I live in Dovercourpark area and my school is further west on Jane. Something close by to these two locations would be preferred as to reduce commuting time, for I do not own a car nor do I drive.
    I am currently waiting on my Vulnerable sectors check and I will be receiving First Aid training at the end of the year. The Montessori diploma I am receiving in June will be equivalent to Early Childhood Education.
