Ana has looked after my son for 2 years, starting when he was a 3 month old infant in June 2013. She worked full time for my family and was very reliable. She was flexible on day to day scheduling and was more than willing to pick up extra shifts on evenings and weekends as necessary. She also did the occasional overnight with our son, which went very smoothly. Ana is amazing with kids. She is very affectionate and takes great care for their safety. She is fun, exciting, energetic, and very engaging for children. She more than exceeded our expectations in the following areas: • Supervising and caring for the needs of children • Planning, preparing and serving meals for children • Bathing, dressing and feeding infants, toddlers and children • Preparing bottles and Changing diapers • Housekeeping duties such as (dishes, making beds, laundry, sweeping, watering plants, etc) We feel fortunate to have had Ana in our home. We are convinced that our son owes much of his positive development to her presence.
