Dear parents, I am a first year teaching student at Lakehead University. I am looking to work with a family in creating a fun and safe environment for children of all ages starting in May of 2015. I am a responsible, well experienced individual who has worked with children of all ages and abilities. I have been worked previously as a teacher’s assistant at multiple elementary schools, specifically St. Luke the Evangelist in Whitby, where I was responsible for creating and executing lessons and activities with children ranging from kindergarten to grade three. I as well have worked privately as an in-home tutor, working with children of various levels and abilities. I have previous work with running camps and private childcare with children ranging between newborn and 12 years old. During this time I have received and remained certified in both CPR and first aid, as well as retain an up to date police check.
