Hello , Thank you for taking the time to read a little about me and why I want to nanny. I have always had a passion for working with children and find that it comes most natural. I was born and raised and currently live in the Toronto beaches. I am currently engaged to be married in june 2014. In the last 10 years I have worked multiple jobs with children . I have nannied, coordinated children's classes/care in our church from ages 2 weeks- 12 years, tutored a child from age 3-12 and attended E.C.E at centennial college. I learned during my 1 year at centennial that daycare is not for me. I strongly believe that children should never be treated as numbers or as jobs. They should be surrounded by people who care about them. I believe in children learning through play. With play learning comes more naturally. In my spare time I can usually be found with my 2 year old puppy or with my camera. I am cpr/fist aid/aed certified for infants, children and adults. References upon interview.
