    My name is Melissa and I am a student at Carleton University studying Communications and English. I am an avid reader, adore water sports and skiing. I love children, and find shaping young minds not only fosters youth development as well as personal development and growth. This is my first summer in Ottawa as a student, and last summer I worked as a camp counsellor in New York. I specialized in waterskiing, as an instructor for children of all ages and genders. I also lived in the cabin with 12 year old girls, supervising and playing with the children 24/7. I adored the experience to work closely with children and would love to spend another summer working with children and discovering the beautiful city of Ottawa. I have an extremely flexible schedule. I also have a vehicle and driver's license. Thank you so much for considering me.
