    Hi - My name is Rachael Panchoo and I'm 35 years old living in Brampton. I love and enjoy taking care of kids.

      Rachael came highly recommended by a mom in my neighborhood in NYC, who had been working with Rachael for 4 years. She started working with our family part-time when my daughter was only 3 weeks old. She became full-time when my daughter was 3 months old. I trust Rachael completely with my daughter. She gives her baths, cuts her nails, dresses her beautifully, feeds her well, does her laundry, keeps her room tidy, and takes her outside and on playdates every day. She got her on a great sleeping schedule from the very beginning - which I'm so grateful for! Without being pushy, she has given me helpful advice at every stage. She talks to my daughter and reads to her, and as a result she's developing a great vocabulary now at age 19 months. As we've entered the toddler stage, she has also been great with gentle discipline, re-directing her, and telling her 'no' when needed. We have a very happy, smiling, smart daughter who sleeps well, eats well, and loves to read, play and interact with other kids. And I'm very grateful to Rachael for the role she has played in that over the past 19 months! Our family is going to really miss her strong, steady, reliable presence in our lives, and any new family will be very lucky to have her. P.S. I should also mention that for 9 months we did a "nanny share" so Rachael was taking care of 2 kids - and was extremely competent, hardworking and organized with managing the 2 kids.
