I am a very loving, patient, and responsible person with over 13 years of childcare experience. I am invested in creating positive change in the world and take an anti-oppressive approach to daily life. I have strong values of community, honesty, openness, and care for others, animals, and mother earth. I have loved children since I was just a child myself, and always have a good time when I am around them. I love being able to share my knowledge about nature and communication with children, and enjoy, just as thoroughly, learning from them. I am an energetic, fun, and patient nanny. I love being creative and going on adventures outside. I believe that the world is a place to explore and in aiding children to do so. I set boundaries and make sure the children understand that they must stay within them, and therefore at times I have to stand my ground. This I do through dialogue, taking space, and any family strategy that I am comfortable with. I am very warm and loving and like to play with the children, not just watch over them. I am looking for a part-time nannying job starting as soon as possible. I am a certified Early Childhood Educator Assistant and I have experience with infants, twins, and children with different abilities.
