My name is Shelby, I am a twenty one year old who lives in Abbotsford. Ever since I was young I loved playing mom to my dolls, my brother, my dog it was just something that came naturally to me. My mom is an amazing caring woman who is an Elementary school teacher and my biggest inspiration. I have spent many hours in her classroom over the years and have fallen even more in love with the idea of following in her foot steps. Besides volunteering in my mothers classroom I also had the chance to work with kids in an after school program at Roberta Bondar Elementary school. I am currently looking for full-time or as close to 40 hours per week as I can get. I currently have another job and would prefer to keep it which means I could only work Monday-Friday. However if the hours are reasonable and work with my schedule I am very open minded. My goal is to start post- secondary school in the winter when I have some money saved up. I am a very friendly, healthy, happy and caring person who has always been natural with children and care giving. I live a very fit and healthy lifestyle and I have always loved to cook for my family and boyfriend. I love creating new healthy meals that they enjoy. My boyfriend and I attend the gym every evening and like to go 4x4ing, hiking and taking our three dogs on adventures. I am a down to earth kind of person who would love the chance to care for your child(ren). I hope to hear from you soon.
