    I believe that my experience working with children will be an asset to your organization. I have over 4 year’s experience working with youth ages 6-20 years of age. . I worked as a Camp Leader-in-Training with the City of Toronto where I worked with a group of disabled youth ages 13-20. I helped them learn daily routines and encouraged self-help skills. I planned age-appropriate games and activities for them and co-supervised with another team member. I also solved problems when they arose and provided feedback to my coworkers and supervisor when it was necessary
