I am gentle and patience are my essentials quality . I have a good observation and judgement to what patient's condition. I listen to my patient's need because I know that elderly are obtain feeling lonely. I am the ears and eyes of the medical staff to what the patient's condition. First of all, I must have to respect and learn to the person I take care. Its say that this job is the art of vocation. I believe , it's true.
