Hello. My name is Alexandra . I am twenty-two years old and live in the south east side of Edmonton. I have had a passion and love for children since I was a pre-teen when I completed my babysitting course. That passion grew while I was a dance teacher. I realized that I loved helping young children not only express their creativity but grow and succeed at what they enjoy. My interest in child care was further accelerated by the introduction of my younger siblings; whom I date by fourteen plus years. I have spent a lot of time with them over the years of both short and extended care periods (while my parents were on vacation etc.. It was a clear choice for me to complete my level one in child care and seek out a career helping young minds grow into the best they can be. I also have first aid and background check.
I live common law with my partner (male) of three years and my two cats. I am very comfortable with animals and do not mind if they are an addition to your home as well. I am a vegetarian however, I was a carnivore at a time so I am able to cook a variety of healthy meals for your children and/or family. I have a strong respect for the environment. Outdoor physical activity is very important to me. I very rarely watch television. I have been an honors student all my life.
My age preference is 10 months- 3 years, however I adore and welcome all ages.
