I absolutely love children and have been working with them since the time I was 12 years old. I babysat one particular family when the children were 1, 3, and 5 up until the time that the youngest was 13. I was also a gymnastics coach for 7 years and coached children ages 2-14. On occasion, when I was younger I babysat many children in my neighbourhood as well. I am still a student and have always chose to work with children as my part-time employment because they give me so much joy. During my MBA, I was a part-time nanny 3 days a week for a family with a 4 year old boy and a 10 year old girl. In 2012, I moved here to Halifax NS to do my PhD and was a nanny for two wonderful little girls until November 2014 when they moved out of province. I am comfortable driving children places if it is required, as well as cooking and cleaning. I am currently in the thesis portion of my PhD and am completely flexible during the days and nights.
