Hello! my name is Gillian, I am an enthusiastic young woman with almost a decade of experience working with children as a babysitter, one on one caregiver for children with mental and physical disabilities, a tutor, a volunteer in schools and most recently an ESL teacher at a private secondary school.
I am a native english speaker with a degree in theatre studies and a concentration is french and have studied in immersion depuis la maternelle.
I am the middle child of small but very loving family with one older sibling and one younger. I love to read, bake and cook and am a very creative and crafty person. I enjoy all artistic activities, be it painting, to colouring, to a day at the museum, but am also very physically active and enjoy sports, yoga and the outdoors.
I currently reside in the plateau area, (I do not own a vehicle) but easily get around town by bike and enjoy going on outings and walks in the neighbourhood.
