  • About Me

    I've worked with kids in various capacities for about 15 years. I spent years babysitting, working at summer camps and designing and leading programs for non-profits before becoming an Elementary School Teacher (French Immersion). I have now been teaching for 4 years in Delta and now the North Vancouver school district. Most of my teaching experience is in the grades 3-5 level but I have also taught Kindergaten and grade 7 and subbed everything in between.

    I like to go for hikes, bike rides, trips to the beach, walks along the creek, visit animals, paint or draw, play games, bake treats and listen to music. I also adore reading both by myself and with kids. I have a cat who I absolutely adore and I grew up around horses, so I'm a definite animal lover.

    I do not at the moment have a car to use (my husband needs it for work), but I have a valid and clean driving record. I can provide a recent criminal records check. I have completed First Aid Level 1 and Food Safe Level 1.
