Responsibilities included full wellness, grooming and dressing, driving to doctor's appointment accompanying him to numerous hospital visits as all family members lived far away. Daily assistance in bathing and toileting, grocery shopping, preparation of meals and snacks, supervision in taking medications and light exercise. Driving to activities and friends. Also assisted in client's property management, overseeing contracts, payment of bills, and liaising with renters.
