Hello, my name is Rosemary and I am a "young?. " 60 year old woman. I have worked mostly in kitchens for much of my life, but when I was younger I was a childcare giver/housekeeper for a family of five and I babysat through most of my teenage years. I also volunteered as a helper after school in a senior care home. I very much enjoyed both.
The reason I have decided to apply for nanny/housekeeper/caregiver is because; for one, I do not want to work in the big kitchens any longer and two, I look after two quite elderly parents. I would like the versatility this work would afford me
A few years ago I took some training in an E. C. E. (early child education) course at Seneca College, so we received all our first aid certificates, were tested for TB, and given a police check. Other good components were, learning about nutrition and playtime. My mother was a nursery school teacher so my brothers and I were brought up with lots of crafts. I do like to play. I also love to read and swim and cooking is my passion. Hope this give you some insight as to me and looking forward to hear from you
